As we arrived in nighttime and was really hard to find this...
As we arrived in nighttime and was really hard to find this riad (located in Medina), host came to meet us in central square and showed us way. Good breakfast, good location (just a Medina is with ~1900 streets), impossible to find way without local people help.
Cold rooms, no one of heaters didn't work... They were not able to help. At least extra blankets were available. Breakfast people and daytime manager did not speak English at all, hard to communicate, no city maps available.

What would you highlight about Dar Tamo
Beautiful Riad to experience Medina-life
If you want to experience a couple off days the Medina totally, this is a good historic place (real Riad) to be in the middle of it. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Waited for our late arrival. On request arranged a good taxi from/to airport (30 E/5p) and a good official guide for about 4 hours (400 Dhm). The guide was very usefull also the first day to find our way. Very complex soukhs/street-structure with no possibility of google maps etc... Good rooms with also a panoramic terrace. Good breakfast included. People in Fes/the Medina very hostel and helpfull, in no way 'agressive'

What would you highlight about Dar Tamo
Do not be fooled by photos and I advise you to reserve a second accommodation, far from Dar Tamo!!!
The only good thing here was a terrace with a great view.
Dar Tamo is the worst place we have ever stayed. The host - Mohamed, was never there or, when he was in the riad, he was high and laughing all the time. The sheets was dirty, the room was also dirty and dark, and whole place was without air. Also, the host and his friend were smoking in the riad. It's difficult to find the place, and google and here maps doesn't work inside of Medina. The breakfast is between 9-11h, but first day it started at 9:40h, and the other day we didn't even get the breakfast, because Mohamed was pretending to sleep. The night before, we told him (via phone call, because, of course, he wasn't there) that we must leave the place at 9:30h and also, we took a bottle of water and said that we gonna pay him tomorrow, after breakfast. But, when he didn't get up, we left place without our breakfast and without paying him a bottle. After few minutes, he went for us and asked for 10 dirhams, with no shame, but we did not want to give him.

What would you highlight about Dar Tamo
Much worse than we were expecting
-The tour guide Badia was very friendly and helpful but the most helpful and kind person was Mohamed. He was waiting for us to take us out of Medina and he was picking up back to the Rhiad. -Good touch was the access to terrace, relaxing during the night with nice view.
2 rooms for 4 persons: -Bedsheets dirty and ripped -Floor in the room unhoovered and dirty -Bad smell all throughout the hotel even though the housekeeping lady was cleaning the floor with just one cloth. -Very dirty toilet - No toiletries -Dark rooms -Breakfast poor:1 egg(with hair),1 donut with honey and coffee per person
